The Food + Beverage Collective is owned and operated by Peattie Events – a small team of passionate people who specialise in bespoke Tasmanian food + beverage experiences.  

Our events are operated under the same philosophy – we’re all about provenance, seasonality, authenticity + connections. 

We work with a network of exceptional producers who hand craft small batch, slow food + beverages. Together, we create authentic, exciting experiences that step outside of traditional catering.

In keeping with our ethos, our events are proudly zero waste, using reusable drinkware and compostable materials for all food packaging and utensils.

The Food + Beverage Collective offers a range of street foods – styled as a street food market – for conference dinners and corporate events. 

We are committed to showcasing Tasmania’s best seasonal produce that is drawn from our innovative and adventurous food industry and the natural elements we work. We celebrate our temperate island, 42 degrees south of the equator, and its ever-changing array of produce across the seasons. 

Our Producers offer a range of street food portions for delegates to select from – the number of Producers is directly proportional to the final number of delegates or attendees. We work closely with you on the curation of the menu, tailoring it to your particular event, delegate demographic and specific dietary requirements.

The Food + Beverage Collective sources and serves exclusively Tasmanian beverages, working with Producers that specialise in small batch craft beer, craft cider and cold climate wines – served on tap from our custom-built mobile bars.

Drinks are served in funky poly carbonate drinkware by a team of knowledgeable and event ready bar staff.

Small batch non-alcoholic drinks and locally roasted espresso coffee complete the package.
